摘 要:为筛选金柑属植物的特异性SSR标记,解决金柑属植物的同物异名或同名异物问题。本研究选取金柑及其近缘属种质38份,通过23对引物扩增得到265有效性条带,多态性条带250条,多态性比率为92.99%,扩增得到的片段在100~1200 bp之间不等;SSR标记筛选得到47个特异性标记,不同种质之间的特异标记数量差别较大,最多的公孙桔达到7个特异性标记,柑橘属及枳属种质均可被标记,而无特异性标记的11份种质均为金柑属;聚类分析发现,金柑属与柑橘属、枳属的遗传相似系数均在0.70以上,这表明金柑属与枳属、柑橘属均有很近的亲缘关系。在相似系数为0.902处,未找到特异性标记的11份金柑属种质聚在一起,这也表明金柑属各品种亲缘关系及近,存在同物异名或同名异物。In order to screen the specific SSR markers and solve the problem of synonym and homonym of kumquat plants.In this study,38 samples of kumquat and its related genera were selected and amplified by 23 pairs of primers to obtain 265 effective bands,250 polymorphic bands,and the polymorpnism ratio was 92.99%.The amplifiled fragment was from 100 to 1200 bp.SSR marker screening resulted in 47 specific markers.The number of specific markers differed greatly between different germplasms.The most Gongsongju reached 7 specific markers.Citrus and Poncirus germplasms could be labeled without specificity.The 11 germplasms identified by the marker are are all of the Fortunella.Cluster analysis found that the genetic similarity coefficients of Fortunella,Citrus and Poncirus are all above 0.70,which indicates that Fortunella are closely related to plants of Citrus and Poncirus.At the similarity coefficient of 0.902,the 11 germplasms with no specific markers were clustered together,which also showed that the phylogenetic realtionship of the kumquat cultivars was close,and there existed the synonym and homonym.
