摘　　要：乡村振兴与基层公共文化服务耦合协调发展是促进我国基层公共文化服务高质量发展、乡村治理现代化建设、城乡统筹协调发展的重要内容。文章分析了乡村振兴与基层公共文化服务耦合协调发展的作用机理,构建二者耦合分析框架、耦合指标体系,采用2017—2019年省级面板数据,运用耦合度模型及耦合协调度模型对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)乡村振兴与基层公共文化服务耦合协调关系进行实证分析。最后根据实证结论为实现乡村振兴与基层公共文化服务建设双赢提供政策建议。The coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services promotes the high-quality development of grassroots public cultural service in our country,the important content of the modernization construction of rural governance,and coordinates urban and rural development.This paper analyses mechanism of action about the coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services,builds the coupling analysis framework and coupling index system.Taking the provincial panel data from 2017 to 2019,it uses the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model to make empirical analysis about the relationship of coupling and coordination of rural revitalization and grassroots public cultural services of China's 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.Based on conclusions,this paper provides policy suggestions for realizing rural revitalization and promoting grassro ots public cultural services construction.
