从欧美对俄经济制裁再论产权

摘　　要：不仅俄乌战争中欧美肆意制裁俄罗斯的行为不支持按照法权来定义产权,政治经济学中的所有权或产权也是不能按照法权来加以定义的。如果因为时代需要而要创造马克思主义的产权概念,那么在政治经济学中,我们将所有权定义为对使用价值的占有,将产权定义为对价值的占有。这里定义的产权在很大程度上实现了“把全部社会关系描述一番”,它的含义会因为社会关系的变化而变化。在正常情况下,所有权(产权)会随着生产、分配、交换和消费的社会行为的变化而变化。产权丧失的最直接的途径就是被掠夺,而掠夺也是获取产权的最直接途径。要讲爱国主义,就必须维护爱国者的产权,并使人们认识到要维护现有产权就要维护国家政权。当工人阶级实现解放的时候,资本的产权也就消失了。生产的社会化应当伴随产权的社会化,也就是实现产权的公有化。The arbitrary sanctions imposed on Russia by Europe and the United States in the period of the Russia-Ukraine war do not support the definition of property right by legal right,and the ownership or property right referred in political economics shall also not be defined by legal right.If the Marxist concept of property right needs to be created bcause of the needs of the times,we define ownership as the possession of use value,and property right as the posssion of value,Such definition of property right has“described allsocial relations”to a large extent.and it will change along with the change in social relations.Under normal circumstances,ownership(property right)changes in response to changes in social behavior of production,distribution,exchange,and consumption.The most direct way to lose property right is to be plundered,and plundering is also the most direct way to acquire property right.To promote patriotism,it is necessary to safeguard the property right of patriots,and to make people realize that they have to safeguard the state power in order to safeguard the existing property right.When the working class is emancipated,the property right of capital disappears.The socialization of production should be accompanied by the socialization of property right,that is,the realization of public ownership of property right.
