The second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)dasatinib can be used to treat patients with hematological malignancies such as chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)and Ph^(+)acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)who are intolerant or resistant to the first-generation TKI imatinib. With the extensive clinical application of dasatinib, its treatment-related adverse reactions have been gradually attracted attention. In the past decade, sporadic cases with reversible hypopigmentation caused by dasatinib treatment have been reported both domestically and internationally.Studies have shown that dasatinib causes hypopigmentation mainly by inhibiting c-Kit,and the pigment changes are reversible, and the hypopigmentation disappears after stopping dasatinib treatment. This article intends to review research progress of dasatinib-induced hypopigmentation-related cases and their pathogenesis,in order to improve clinicians'understanding of dasatinib-induced hypopigmentation.
