摘  要:针对传统的灌溉系统因自动化水平较低制约我国农业发展的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的智能灌溉系统。该系统对温度、湿度等环境因素进行监控,并按照不同农作物的要求进行适时适量的灌水,很大程度减少了水资源的浪费,提高了灌溉效率。设计以S7-1200 PLC为控制核心,硬件部分包括主控电路、数据采集处理电路、I/O口扩展电路及通信电路等;软件部分主要通过组态仿真模拟灌溉过程,采集不同农作物的生长数据曲线,包括控制流程图设计和上位机屏幕设计,可以通过按钮式操作模拟仿真电机的工作状态,达到农作物灌溉节约水资源目的。为了进行大规模灌溉工程的监控,采用多点分布的控制方式。经模拟仿真验证,该系统能实现自动灌溉,具备警示、生长曲线查询、数据上传以及双向通信等功能,具有体积小、控制简单、稳定性强等优点。A PLC based intelligent irrigation system is proposed to address the low level of traditional irrigation automation,which restricts the development of agriculture in China.The system monitors environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,and irrigates in a timely and appropriate manner according to the requirements of different crops.The greatly reduces the waste of water resources and improves irrigation efficiency.The design takes S7-1200 PLC as the control core,and the hardware includes the main control circuit,data acquisition and processing circuit,I/O port expansion circuit,and communication circuit;The software part mainly simulates the irrigation process through configuration simulation,collects growth data curves of different crops,including Control-flow diagram design and upper computer screen design,and can simulate the working state of the motor through button operation to achieve the purpose of saving water resources for crop irrigation.In order to monitor large-scale irrigation projects,a multi-point distribution control method is adopted.After simulation verification,the system can achieve automatic irrigation and has functions such as warning,growth curve query,data upload,and bidirectional communication.It has advantages such as small size,simple control,and strong stability.
