摘  要:本文针对聚酯型聚氨酯混凝土(PPUC)作为钢桥面铺装材料的路用性能开展试验研究。通过室内力学性能试验、车辙试验、低温三点弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究PPUC的基本力学性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,并与常见的钢桥面铺装材料进行对比分析。试验结果表明:PPUC的抗压、抗拉和抗弯拉强度分别为75.3,8.4,22.4 MPa,均大于C30水泥混凝土的力学性能指标;PPUC在60℃下的动稳定度为63000次/mm,远大于沥青玛蹄脂混凝土(SMAC)和环氧沥青混凝土(EAC),并且在80℃高温下,PPUC的动稳定度仅下降了19%;在-10℃下,PPUC的低温抗弯性能明显优于EAC和SMAC;PPUC冻融前后的劈裂强度分别为7.85,7.30 MPa,均大于EAC,SMAC的劈裂强度,且PPUC的劈裂强度比为93%。In this paper,the experimental study was conducted to investigate the road performance of polyester polyurethane concrete(PPUC)as steel bridge deck paving material.The basic mechanical properties,high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking resistance and water stability of PPUC were investigated by mechanical properties test,wheel tracking test,low-temperature three-point bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test.In addition,the results were compared with common steel deck paving materials.The test results show that the compressive,tensile and flexural strength of PPUC are 75.3,8.4 and 22.4 MPa respectively,which are greater than those of C30 cement concrete.The dynamic stability of PPUC is 63000 times/mm at 60℃,which is much higher than that of SMAC and EAC.At 80℃,the dynamic stability of PPUC decreases by only 19%.At-10℃,the low-temperature bending resistance of PPUC are higher than those of EAC and SMAC,which indicates that PPUC has better low-temperature stability.The splitting strength of PPUC before and after freezing-thawing is 7.85 MPa and 7.30 MPa respectively,which are higher than those of EAC and SMAC.The splitting strength ratio of PPUC is 93%,which indicates that PPUC has good water stability.
