摘 要:创新是关乎重大工程实施及成败的重要因素,文章选取工程与项目管理领域重要国际期刊,依托Web of Science数据库1998—2021年299篇相关文献,对国际视阈下建设工程创新研究展开系统梳理和文献计量。研究发现建设工程创新研究起步较早,于2018年起快速发展,产出多集中在中美两国的学者或研究机构,但合作网络稀疏且关系单一。研究热点聚焦建设工程创新影响因素、创新过程模型、建筑业企业能力发展、创新活动对项目绩效的影响,研究方法多采用案例分析、实证研究等。未来可从组织能力、知识管理、人力资源等视角,对建设工程创新的实现组态和多方位驱动策略、项目参与方间知识流转影响等方面进行深入研究,并紧密结合重大基础设施等工程实践,拓展与应用建设工程创新相关理论。Innovation has become essential for implementation and success of megaprojects.Based on the critical international journals in engineering and project management,299 articles from 1998 to 2021 in the Web of Science database were selected to conduct a bibliometric analysis for international research on construction innovation.It is found that construction engineering innovation research started early and developed rapidly since 2018,the output is mostly concentrated in Chinese and American scholars or research institutions,but the cooperation network is sparse and the relationship is single.The research hotspots focus on the influence factors of construction engineering innovation,innovation process model,capacity development of construction enterprise,and the impact of innovation activities on project performance,and the research methods are mostly case studies and empirical studies.In the future,from the perspectives of organizational capacity,knowledge management and human resources,in-depth studies can be conducted on the implementation configuration and multi-directional driving strategy of construction engineering innovation,and closely combined with the practice of major projects such as mega infrastructure,expand and apply the relevant theories of construction engineering innovation.
