摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性病患者电子健康素养对就医行为的影响路径,为优化该群体就医行为提供依据。方法于2022年11—12月采用分层随机抽样对355名老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查,使用结构方程模型分析电子健康素养、社会支持和自我效能对就医行为的影响。结果电子健康素养可间接影响就医行为,其中包括自我效能(β=0.194,95%CI:0.118~0.281)和社会支持(β=0.047,95%CI:0.008~0.096)的独立中介作用,以及社会支持和自我效能的链式中介作用(β=0.032,95%CI:0.018~0.060)。结论电子健康素养可提高社会支持和自我效能从而正向影响就医行为。社会各方应推动老年慢性病患者合理使用互联网健康服务并关注其对自我效能和社会支持的提升作用,从而进一步改善该群体的就医行为。Objective To analyze the influence path of eHealth literacy on health seeking behavior in elderly patients with chronic diseases,and to provide evidence for improving their health seeking behavior.Methods From November to December 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 355 elderly patients with chronic diseases by stratified random sampling,and structural equation model was used to analyze the impact path of eHealth literacy,social support and self-efficacy on health seeking behavior.Results eHealth literacy indirectly affected health seeking behavior by independent mediation of self-efficacy(β=0.194,95%CI:0.118-0.281)and social support(β=0.047,95%CI:0.008-0.096),and chain mediation of social support and self-efficacy(β=0.032,95%CI:0.018-0.060).Conclusion eHealth literacy can improve social support and self-efficacy thus positively affecting health seeking behavior.All sectors of society should promote the rational use of internet health services by elderly patients with chronic diseases and pay attention to its role in enhancing self-efficacy and social support,in order to further improve the health seeking behavior.
