摘 要:锅炉供热仍是目前大部分区域取暖的主要方式,但其温度不可控是一大问题,为此,提出基于模糊PID的区域供热锅炉主汽温控制方法。在闭环辨识条件下先通过分析热锅炉主汽温温度控制系统的动态模型,计算其连续的传递函数,进而反向推导得出实际的主汽温辨识模型,使系统在离线条件下也可以完成汽温控制。然后构建出汽温预测模型得出温度预测结果,在PID控制的基础上添加模糊控制策略,运用比例环节以及微分环节,将误差组成线性组合,实现区域供热锅炉主汽温控制,最后利用实验证明所提方法的先进性。实验结果表明,所提方法对供热锅炉主汽温控制的精度高、超调量小以及调整所需时间短,具有一定研究价值。Boiler heating is still the main way of heating in most areas,but its uncontrollable temperature is a major problem.Therefore,a main steam temperature control method based on fuzzy PID for district heating boilers is proposed.Under the condition of closed loop identification,the continuous transfer function is calculated by analyzing the dynamic model of the main steam temperature control system of the hot boiler,and then the actual main steam temperature identification model is derived in reverse,so that the system can also complete the steam temperature control under offline conditions.Then,the outlet steam temperature prediction model is constructed to obtain the temperature prediction results,and the fuzzy control strategy is added on the basis of PID control.The proportional link and differential link are used to form a linear combination of errors to achieve the main steam temperature control of district heating boilers.Finally,experiments are used to prove the progressiveness of the proposed method.The experimental results show that the proposed method has certain research value for high accuracy,small overshoot and short adjustment time of the main steam temperature control of heating boilers.
