摘  要:在“低碳减排”的背景下,我国钢铁等工业面临着节能降耗的重要难题。加热炉作为冶金等工业生产的重要设备之一,主要用于将物料或金属工件进行加热,使其温度能够达到轧制成锻造的温度。在节能减排背景下,加热炉节能控制效果会直接关系到企业的经济效益以及稳定运行情况。但由于加热炉燃烧控制变量较多,常规手段难以达到满意控制效果。本文在加热炉工作流程以及燃烧节能分析的基础上,分析了加热炉在燃烧节能过程存在的问题,对加热炉燃烧节能控制系统设计进行了探讨,分别从硬件节能选择、参数整定、燃烧、炉温以及炉压控制进行介绍,希望能够实现加热炉的燃烧节能控制,降低工业能源消耗,实现工业生产的经济以及环保效益,促进工业生产可持续发展。In the context of "low carbon emission reduction",China's iron and steel industries are facing the important problem of energy saving.As one of the important equipment in metallurgy and other industrial production,the heating furnace is mainly used to heat the material or metal workpiece so that the temperature can reach the temperature of rolling into forging.Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction,the energy-saving control effect of heating furnace will directly affect the economic benefits and stable operation of enterprises.However,due to the large number of combustion control variables,it is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect by conventional means.Based on the analysis of the work flow and energy saving of the heating furnace,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the combustion and energy saving process of the heating furnace,discusses the design of the combustion and energy saving control system of the heating furnace,and introduces the selection of hardware energy saving,parameter setting,combustion,furnace temperature and furnace pressure control,hoping to realize the combustion and energy saving control of the heating furnace and reduce industrial energy consumption.To realize the economic and environmental benefits of industrial production and promote the sustainable development of industrial production.
