摘  要:针对铜在NaCl溶液中腐蚀的特点,以二硫化碳、乙二胺、香兰素为原料合成了DTCV(二硫代氨基甲酸盐改性香兰素),采用电化学方法、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和EDS(能量色散谱)评价DTCV在质量分数为3%的NaCl溶液中对铜的缓蚀性能,并探讨其在铜表面的吸附行为。结果表明:DTCV同时抑制铜电极的阳极反应过程和阴极反应过程。当添加0.30 mmol/L的DTCV时,其缓蚀效率可以达到98.34%。DTCV的吸附方式为化学吸附,且符合Langmuir吸附等温模型。DTCV可以认为是铜在氯化钠溶液中的良好缓蚀剂。In view of the corrosion characteristics of copper in NaCl solution,DTCV(dithiocarbamate modified vanillin) was synthesized from carbon disulfide,ethylenediamine and vanillin.The anti-corrosion performance of DTCV on copper in mass fraction 3% NaCl solution was evaluated by electrochemical methods,SEM(scanning electron microscopy) and EDS(energy dispersive spectroscopy),and its adsorption behavior on the copper surface was discussed.The results show that DTCV simultaneously suppresses the anodic and cathodic reaction processes of the copper electrode.When 0.30 mmol/L DTCV is added,the corrosion inhibition efficiency can reach up to 98.34%.The adsorption of DTCV is chemisorption,which conforms to the Langmuir adsorption isothermal model.DTCV can be considered as an excellent corrosion inhibitor for copper in NaCl medium.
