关于新技术环境下全宗理论适应性的若干思考

摘　　要：全宗理论是档案学的核心理论,在档案管理的各个环节都发挥着科学指导的作用。档案的本质属性、全宗的基本原则以及全宗的发展历程等都体现了历史主义的精神,全宗理论的本质就是历史主义。全宗理论不仅在维护电子文件完整性和真实性方面起到重要的作用,而且在电子文件鉴定、检索利用等方面更具有无可替代的作用。区块链等新技术在电子档案管理中的运用,展现了全宗理论在新技术环境下较强的适应性。Fonds theory is the core theory of archives and the scientific theory of archives management.It is the essence of historical materialism.Fonds theory not only to play an important role in the maintenance of electronic file integrity and authenticity,but also plays an irreplaceable role in the identification,retrieval and utilization of electronic documents.The application of new technologies such as blockchain in electronic archive management demonstrates the strong adaptability of the Fonds theory in the new technological environment.
