摘　　要：根据教练机能力量化评估发展,分析教练机体系发展特点以及当前教练机体系能力量化评估的不足,提出运用体系工程思维解决单个教练机和整个教练机体系之间的发展匹配关系的思考,形成高级教练机体系贡献率评估的解决思路和评估方法,并在基于某型高级教练机构建的新教练机体系中进行初步应用,为教练机体系改革发展和新型教练机的优化改进提供参考方向。Based on the quantitative evaluation and development of trainer capabilities,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the trainer system development and the shortcomings of current quantitative evaluation of trainer system capabilities.It proposes a thinking using the systematic engineering philosophy to solve the development matching relationship between a single trainer and the whole trainer system,and comes up with a solution and evaluating method for evaluating the contribution rate of the advanced trainer system.It has been preliminarily applied in a new trainer system based on a certain type of advanced trainer,providing reference for the development of the trainer system and the optimization/improvement of new types of trainer.
