摘  要:对进气道结构裂纹进行静、动、疲劳强度三个维度的分析并找到裂纹产生的原因。针对裂纹原因制定相应的结构改进优化方案,经仿真及试验验证,证明该方案能够有效解决裂纹问题。同时,将原因分析中的非线性静力分析、疲劳分析、振动环境及噪声环境随机响应分析方法融入到进气道设计中,形成一套进气道设计的流程,为新型号飞机进气道设计提供参考。This paper conducts analysis on cracks in the air intake structure in terms of static,dynamic and fatigue strength to find out how these cracks were caused.A structural improvement and optimization plan is worked out against the causes of cracks.Through simulation and test verification,it has been proven that this plan can effectively solve the problem of cracks.Meanwhile,the non-linear static analysis,fatigue analysis,vibration environment and noise environment random response analysis methods used in the cause analysis are integrated into the air intake design to form a set of processes of the air intake design,providing reference for the air intake design of new aircraft.
