摘  要:利用ABAQUS软件建立典型结构连接区有限元模型,采用八节点线性六面体减缩积分单元模拟结构件、紧固件,采用面-面接触模拟其相互之间的接触关系。利用ABAQUS软件的接触算法进行有限元应力分析,获得各结构的应力分布。同时,采用名义应力法和线性累积损伤理论估算各结构的疲劳寿命,与耐久性试验数据进行对比分析,优化改进疲劳薄弱部位,使其满足设计使用寿命指标要求。ABAQUS software is used to set up a finite element mode of typical structural connection areas.The eight-node linear hexahedral reduced integral element is used to simulate structural components and fasteners,and surface to surface contact is used to simulate their contact relationships with each other.The ABAQUS software is applied to conduct the finite element stress analysis so as to obtain the stress distribution of each structure.Meanwhile the fatigue life of each structure can be estimated using the nominal stress method and linear cumulative damage theory with comparison and analysis with durability test data so as to optimize and improve the fatigue areas so that it can meet the index requirements of the designed service life.
