摘 要:航空挤压型材通过模具成形工艺是一种重要的飞机钣金成形工艺方法,由于通过模具成形过程存在回弹现象,使得零件成形效果存在不可控性,如何科学准确地预测回弹补偿值对于提高零件产量具有重要意义。为了有效预测航空挤压型材通过模具成形工艺过程产生的回弹,本文提供一种逆向分析挤压型材成形回弹量的方法,通过对试验零件外形与零件产品数模作对比分析,根据零件实际回弹量计算校正值,对模具的工艺数模进行迭代校正,从而使得模具成形效果达到最优。该方法可为其他种类航空钣金零件的成形回弹预测研究提供参考。The process of aviation extruded section formed via molds is an important aircraft sheet metal forming method.Due to the phenomenon of springback in the forming process through molds,the forming effect of parts is uncontrollable.How to scientifically and accurately predict the springback compensation value is of great significance for improving part production.In order to effectively predict the springback generated in the forming process of aviation extruded section through molds,this article provides a method of reverse analysis on the springback amount of extruded sections.By comparing and analyzing the shape of experimental parts with the product’s digital model,the correction value can be calculated on the basis of the actual springback amount of parts,and the process digital model of molds is iteratively corrected,so as to achieve the optimal forming effect of molds.This method can provide reference for the prediction of forming springback of other types of aviation sheet metal parts.
