摘　　要：作为经历新旧两个社会、接受继父言传身教与党组织精神引导的年轻干部,《创业史》中的主人公梁生宝的思想性格既整体上凸显出作为社会主义新人形象的时代新质,又存在着传统社会的思想积淀。新与旧的纠缠、现代与传统的矛盾构成了梁生宝思想性格的复杂性与丰富性。梁生宝思想性格的复杂性在他与异性的相处中体现得尤为突出,他与徐改霞由相爱走向分手,其爱情悲剧的主要原因既非生宝忙于合作化事业而无暇与改霞姑娘谈情说爱,又非双方父母的激烈反对和生宝的移情别恋,根本的原因在于他们两人价值观念之间的无形冲突。As a young cadre who has experienced both the old and the new societies and accepted the guidance of his stepfather's words and deeds and the spirit of the Party organization,Liang Shengbao,the hero of the Pioneering history,not only highlights the new quality of the times as a new socialist image on the whole,but also has the ideological accumulation of the traditional society.The entanglement between the new and the old and the contradiction between the modern and the tradition constitute the complexity and richness of Liang Shengbao's thought and character,which is reflected especially in in his dealing with the opposite sex.From love to break up,the main cause of the love tragedy between Liang and Xu is neither because Liang is too busy in the cause of cooperatives to engage in the love affairs with the girl,nor the fierce opposition of both parents and Liang’s moving to another love.The fundamental reason lies in the intangible conflict between different values of the two.
