摘 要:为了评价球型防喷器胶芯的安全性能,以球型密封胶芯为研究对象,通过材料拉伸和压缩试验,获得了胶芯的最优本构关系数据,并根据球型胶芯结构进行了二次优化设计。利用ABAQUS软件对优化前后的球型胶芯结构进行了数值模拟分析,找到了常规胶芯在密封过程中的变形规律,并对优化后的胶芯结构进行了安全性能评价分析。结果表明:胶芯向中心收缩的过程中,胶芯上部的橡胶沿径向方向的变形最大,胶芯向中心方向挤出的橡胶逐渐减少,最大接触压力值发生在胶芯棱边与钻杆接触的区域,改进后胶芯和钻杆的平均接触压力及密封长度相对改进前的变大。确定球型胶芯密封段最优倒角切削量+5 mm,该结构形式的球型胶芯密封性能较好,有助于提高球型胶芯的使用寿命。In order to evaluate the safety performance of the rubber core of the spherical blowout preventer,taking the spherical rubber core as the research object,and the optimal constitutive relationship data of the rubber core are obtained through material tensile and compression tests.The secondary structure optimization design of the spherical rubber core was carried out.The numerical simulation of the structure of the spherical rubber core before and after the optimization was carried out by using ABAQUS software.The deformation law of the conventional rubber core in sealing process was found,and the safety performance of the optimized rubber core was evaluated.The results show that in the process of the rubber core shrinking toward the center,the rubber on the upper part of the rubber core undergoes the greatest radial deformation,and the amount of rubber extruded from the rubber core towards the center gradually decreases.The maximum contact pressure value occurs in the area where the edge of the rubber core contacts the drill pipe.The average contact pressure and sealing length of the improved rubber core and the drill pipe become larger than before.Finally,it is determined that the optimal chamfer cutting amount of the sealing section of the spherical rubber core is 5 mm.The spherical rubber core with this structure has good sealing performance,which is helpful to improve the service life of the spherical rubber core.
