摘 要:为推动江苏水运高质量发展,江苏省正在开展部分航道“三改二”的研究工作。通过引入“每公里航道吞吐量”的概念,分析2022年江苏省内河港口及航道数据,结果表明:苏南水网每公里航道吞吐量是苏北的4倍,在苏南现有土地及岸线资源有限的情况下,为避免对经济发展形成制约,优先发展苏南运河“三改二”是合理的。结合苏南、苏中、苏北不同地区的航道网特点,分析对发展过程中需要重点关注的其他问题,以期为江苏水运事业发展献计献策。To promote Jiangsu provincial high-quality development of water transportation,Jiangsu Province is currently conducting research on“Grade 3 to 2”adjustment of waterway grid.This paper introduces the concept of“throughput per kilometer waterways”and analyzes the data of inland ports and waterways in Jiangsu Province in 2022.The results show that the throughput per kilometer waterways in southern Jiangsu is four times that of northern Jiangsu.To avoid constraints on its economic development,given the limited land and riverbank in southern Jiangsu,Prioritizing the adjustment of Sunan Canal through“Grade 3 to 2”is reasonable.Taking into account the characteristics of waterway grid in different regions of southern,central,and northern Jiangsu,this paper also analyzes other issues that need to be focused on,which can be reference for Jiangsu provincial water transportation development.
