摘 要:基于信息融合的思想和方法,针对某装备贮存可靠性参数多样、数据缺乏,研制阶段指标难以评价等突出问题,开展了可靠性信息融合方法及应用情况研究,给出了方法分类,并针对具体贮存可靠性参数,提出了融合装备可靠性设计、贮存可靠性预计、各类可靠性试验、类似装备可靠性数据等多源、有效信息的贮存可靠性评价方法,并给出了应用示例。最后,针对可靠性信息融合方法提出了后续研究方向建议。Based on the idea and method of information fusion,in view of the prominent problems such as diverse storage reliability parameters,lack of data and difficulty to evaluate in the development,the research on reliability information fusion methods is carried out,and the classification of methods is given.A storage reliability evaluation method with multiple sources and effective information,such as reliability design,storage reliability prediction,reliability tests and reliability data from similar equipment,is proposed,and application examples are given.Finally,suggestions for follow-up research direction are put forward.
