摘　　要：从地涌金莲〔Musella lasiocarpa(Fr.)C.Y.Wu ex H.W.Li〕根乙醇提取物中鉴定到12个化合物,即2-甲氧基-9-(3′,4′-二羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(1)、2-甲氧基-9-(4′-羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(2)、2-羟基-9-(4′-羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(3)、2-羟基-9-苯基-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(4)、2-羟基-4-(4′-甲氧基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(5)、2-甲氧基-9-苯基-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(6)、2-甲氧基-4-(4′-羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(7)、菜油甾醇(8)、2-羟基-4-(3′,4′-二羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(9)、2-羟基-4-(4′-羟基苯基)-1 H-非那烯-1-酮(10)、3,3′-bis-hydroxyanigorufone(11)和β-谷甾醇(12)。化合物7、8、10和11为首次从该属中得到。Twelve compounds were identified from ethanol extract of roots of Musella lasiocarpa(Fr.)C.Y.Wu ex H.W.Li,viz.2-methoxy-9-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(1),2-methoxy-9-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(2),2-hydroxy-9-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(3),2-hydroxy-9-phenyl-1 H-phenalen-1-one(4),2-hydroxy-4-(4′-methoxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(5),2-methoxy-9-phenyl-1 H-phenalen-1-one(6),2-methoxy-4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(7),campesterol(8),2-hydroxy-4-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(9),2-hydroxy-4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(10),3,3′-bis-hydroxyanigorufone(11)andβ-stitosterol(12).Compound 7,8,10 and 11 are obtained from the genus for the first time.
