首都高校女大学生体育知识现状与提升策略研究

摘　　要：体育知识在当代教育改革和核心素养培养中的价值凸显,但在体育教学实践中发现女大学生健康风险偏高,需通过提高学生的体育知识水平和运动认知来改善其身体健康状况。通过对北京两所大学228名女大学生的问卷调查,发现女大学生对体育知识的总体认知水平较低,同时发现运动行为与实践性体育知识高度相关,而与文化性、健康性和体能发展性的体育知识没有相关性。建议加强体育知识的学习,尤其是对健康行为知识的学习,对运动行为差等的学生要重点关注;并且在教学中以学生对实践知识的兴趣为起点,结合“学练赛”以及核心素养的培养,使学生成为知识渊博且有运动能力的全面发展的人。The value of P.E.knowledge in contemporary education reform and core literacy cultivation is prominent,but there is more theoretical exploration and less practical investigation.In the practice of physical education teaching,it was found that female college students have a relatively high health risk,and it is necessary to explore the current status of female college students'sports knowledge and literacy,improve their sports cognition,develop sports behavior,and improve their physical health.Through a questionnaire survey of 228 female students in two universities in Bejing,it was detected that the overall cognitive level of female college students towards sports knowledge is relatively low;sports behavior is highly correlated with practical sports knowledge,but not with cultural,health,and physical development sports knowledge.Hence,the following suggestions are given:to strengthen the learning of sports knowledge,especially the knowledge of healthy behavior,and pay special attention to students with poor sports behavior;starting from students'interest in practical knowledge in teaching,combined with"learning and training competitions"and the cultivation of core competencies,students can become knowledgeable and athletic players.
