摘  要:随着城市地下管网的大量铺设,排水管道缺陷问题也日益突出,管网缺陷改造成为重要课题。非开挖修复技术相对于开挖修复技术对城市生活影响更小,因此应用广泛。该文以信阳市城区管网缺陷改造非开挖修复项目施工项目为例,介绍在国外已有大量工程应用的非开挖修复UV-CIPP技术,该技术具备施工效率高、速度快、工期短、质量高等优点,可有效解决车流量大、施工困难、交通拥挤、影响居民日常生活等问题。经检测,管网缺陷改造后的管网各项性能指标达到了国家标准,可为类似非开挖项目提供借鉴。With the extensive laying of underground pipe networks in cities,defects in drainage pipelines have become increasingly prominent,making the renovation of these defects an important topic.Non-excavation repair technology,compared to the excavation repair technology,has less impact on urban life and is widely applied.Based on the construction project of non-excavation repair UVCIPP technology in the defect renovation of the pipe network in the urban area of Xinyang City,the UV-CIPP technology,widely used in foreign projects,was introduced.This technology has the advantages of high construction efficiency,fast speed,short construction period,high quality,etc.,thus it can effectively address issues like high traffic flow,thorny construction,traffic congestion,and disruption to residents’daily lives.After testing,the various performance indicators of the renovated pipe network meet national standards,providing valuable insights for similar non-excavation projects.
