热流道板用含硫耐蚀塑料模具钢调质工艺及组织研究

摘　　要：分析了1.2085模具钢的特性,对不同调质工艺的1.2085模具钢的显微组织及硬度进行了对比分析。结果表明,1.2085大规格扁钢采用重新加热喷水冷却+两次回火工艺生产,1.2085小规格扁钢采用轧后空冷+两次回火或重新加热空冷+两次回火工艺生产,其硬度和金相组织可满足作为热流道板模具的使用要求。The characteristics of 1.2085 mold steel are analyzed,the microstructure and hardness of 1.2085 mold steel with different quenching and tempering processes were compared and analyzed.The results show that,1.2085 thick specification flat steel is produced by reheating and water cooling+twice tempering process,1.2085 thin specification flat steel is produced by air cooling after rolling+twice tempering or reheating and air cooling+twice tempering process,the hardness and microstructure can meet the requirements of hot runner mainfold blocks mold.
