摘　　要：“三全育人”是高校图书馆践行立德树人根本任务的重要抓手和举措。文章介绍了“三全育人”的内涵,梳理“三全育人”研究成果,分析图书馆服务育人存在的问题,提出了加强顶层设计、优化育人环境、强化队伍建设、协同搭建平台,为提升高校图书馆服务育人能力提供参考。“Three Omnibearing Education”is an important lever and measure for university libraries to implement the fundamen⁃tal task of cultivating morality and talents.This paper introduces the connotation of“Three Omnibearing Education”,sorts out the re⁃search results of“Three Omnibearing Education”,analyzes the problems existing in library service education,and proposes to strengthen the top-level design,optimize the education environment,strengthen team construction,and build a platform jointly,so as to provide references for improving the service education ability of university libraries.
