摘  要:为了保证原油脱水工艺系统的可靠运行,实现节能降耗的目的,热泵的利用也越来越广泛,但是使用热泵后加热介质温度会降低,需要对加热工艺进行优化。通过调整供热量,研究了温度等参数对轻质原油三相分离器脱水效果的影响规律。结果表明:分离温度降低时,三相分离器分出原油含水率有所升高,但是利用储油罐的脱水能力,可以实现原油外输达标;加热工艺中原油含水率是脱水能耗的重要影响因素;将换热器设置在三相分离器和储油罐之间可以显著地降低能量消耗。采用热泵能够满足轻质原油脱水加热的需要,推广热泵加热技术可以节约能源,降低排放。In order to ensure the reliable operation of the crude oil dehydration process system and re-alize the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction,the utilization of heat pumps has become more and more widespread.However,after using heat pumps,the heating process needs to be optimized because the temperature of heating medium is reduced.By adjusting heating supply,the influencing rule of temperature and other parameter on the dehydration effect of light crude oil three-phase separator is studied.The result shows that the water content of crude oil that was separated from the three-phase separator will be increased when when the separation temperature decreases.But by uti-lizing dehydration capacity of the storage tanks,it is possible to achieve crude oil export to meet the standard.What's more,the water content of crude oil in the heating process is an important influence on the energy consumption of dehydration.In addition,setting the heat exchanger between the three-phase separator and the storage tank can be significantly reduced the energy consumption.Last but not least,heat pumps can be met the needs of light crude oil dehydration heating,and the promotion of heat pumps heating technology can be saved energy and reduced emissions.
