摘 要:为了增强乘银地区集中供热系统运行可靠性,最大限度地降低供热企业成本,原大庆油田矿区服务事业部通过对乘银集中供热系统4座热源和热网进行规划整合,实现了乘银地区供热系统4座热源联网运行,4座热源相互备用,避免了因单一热源故障而造成局部地区大面积停暖的问题。依据热源择优投运、全网集中调控原则,供热初末期以宏伟热电厂作为基础热源,实施宏伟热电厂、八百垧燃煤锅炉房的双热源联网运行模式;供热中期实施宏伟热电厂、八百垧燃煤锅炉房、乘风燃气锅炉房的三热源联网运行模式;供热高峰期实施宏伟热电厂、八百垧燃煤锅炉房、乘风燃气锅炉房和银浪燃煤锅炉房的四热源联网运行模式。同时尽可能延长效率高、能耗少的宏伟热源运行时间,充分发挥宏伟热电厂热电联产优势,在满足供热需求的前提下,提高了供热系统的经济性。In order to enhance the operational reliability of the centralized heating system in the Chengyin area and minimize the cost of heating enterprises,the formal Daqing Oilfield Logistic Ad-ministration has planned and integrated the four heat sources and heating networks of Chengyin central heating system,which realizes the networked operation of four heat sources for Chengyin central heat-ing system with mutual back-up and avoids the phenomenon of large-scale local stoppage of heating due to the faults of a single heat source.At the same time,according to the principle of optimal opera-tion of heat sources and central regulation of the whole network,in the early and late stages of heat-ing,the Hongwei Thermal Power Plant was used as the basic heat source,and the networking opera-tion mode of dual heat source was implemented for the Hongwei Thermal Power Plant and the Babais-hang coal-fired boiler room.Then the networking operation mode of three heat sources that include the Hongwei Thermal Power Plant,the Babaishang coal-fired boiler room,and the Chengfeng gas boiler room will be carried out during the mid-period.In particular,during the peak heating period,the networking operation mode of four heat sources will be accomplished,including the Hongwei Power Plant,the Babaishang coal-fired boiler room,the Chengfeng gas boiler room,and the Yin-lang coal-fired boiler room,which spares no effort to extend the operating time of Hongwei heat sources with high efficiency and low energy consumption,and fully utilize the advantages of cogenera-tion in Hongwei Thermal Power Plant to improve the economy of heating system under the premise of meeting the demand for heating.
