摘 要:炼化企业生产过程中,往往会产生大量的热量,导致生产设备或产品的温度升高,必须及时冷却,以免影响正常生产和安全隐患问题的发生。敞开式循环冷却水系统是炼化企业生产中较为重要的公用工程系统,主要通过蒸发传热和接触传热方式达到降温目的。循环水系统运行中,水量损失主要为蒸发损失、风吹损失、排污损失和其他损失。为保证循环水系统水量平衡,需要不断向系统补充水。经统计,循环水系统补水量占全厂生产总用水量的40%以上,是炼化企业第二大耗水大户。针对循环水系统补水量大的问题,分析了循环水系统水量损失的原因,通过开展提高循环水浓缩倍数、提高循环水供水温度试验研究,减少循环水物料泄漏置换损耗和降低冷却塔飘水损失等,可在满足企业生产需求的同时,达到节水和减排的目的。In the production process of refinery,a large amount of heat is often produced,which makes the temperature of production equipment or products high.Hence,it must be cooled in time so as to affect the safe and normal conduct of production and the quality of the product.The open cir-culating cooling water system is an important public engineering system in the production of refinery enterprises.In the operation of circulating water system,there are mainly evaporation loss,wind blow loss,sewage loss and other losses.In order to ensure the water balance of circulating water sys-tem,it is necessary to supply water to the system constantly.According to statistics,the water supply of circulating water system accounts for more than 40% of total water consumption of the whole plant.In view of the problem of large water makeup in circulating water system,the reasons of water loss in circulating water system are analyzed.By carrying out experimental research to increase the concentra-tion ratio and water supply temperature of circulating water,reducing the material leakage and replace-ment loss of circulating water and reducing the floating water loss of cooling tower can be achieved the purposes of water-saving and emission reduction while meeting the production needs of enterprises.
