摘 要:为研究压缩式垃圾车提升机构的可靠性,文中通过研制一种压缩式垃圾车提升机构的质量检验平台,利用SolidWorks三维软件对压缩式垃圾车的提升机构及质量检验平台进行建模,对主要受力部件进行受力分析,再对其使用ABAQUS分析软件结合标准要求的试验次数进行运动仿真和疲劳分析,找出提升机构的薄弱部位,为后续提升机构在质量检验平台的可靠性试验提供对比分析验证,也为企业在专用装置的可靠性分析提供一种方法,并为后续提升机构连接构件的结构优化提供依据。In order to study the reliability of the lifting mechanism of the compression garbage truck,this paper uses SolidWorks 3D software to model the lifting mechanism and quality inspection platform of the compression garbage truck by using a quality inspection platform of the compression garbage truck lifting mechanism,and then analyzes the main stressed parts,and then,the movement simulation and fatigue analysis are carried out by using ABAQUS analysis software combined with the test times required by the standard,and the weak position of the lifting mechanism is found out,.It also provides comparative analysis and verification for the reliability test of the subsequent lifting mechanism in the quality inspection platform,and also provides a method for the reliability analysis of the enterprise in the special device,and provides a basis for the structural optimization of the connecting components of the subsequent lifting mechanism.
