摘　　要：在新时代的发展趋势下,党和国家对于高校的课程思政提出了全新的要求,当前公安院校正积极推动课程思政建设工作的开展,其中专业课程教师的思政能力是核心。探究公安院校专业课教师的思想政治能力建立的核心点,使教师课程思政能力有所提升,已经成为各公安院校在落实课程思政中必须要面对的时代课题。拟从“明确核心要义,强化思政意识”“践行‘四有’标准,做好自身思政”“发挥课程优势,深挖思政元素”“结合公安特色,回应时代要求”四个方面进行思考,探索公安院校专业课教师课程思政能力的提升路径。Under the development trend of the new era,the Party and the state put forward new demands for the courses for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At present,police colleges and universities are actively promoting the construction courses for ideological and political education,in which the ideological and political ability of professional course teachers is the core.To find the core point of the capacity building of ideological and political education of the teachers of police colleges and universities,so that the teachers′capacity for ideological and political education in curriculum can be improved,has become a task of the era that the police colleges and universities must face in the implementation of the ideological and political education in courses.The article reflects on the four aspects of"clarifying the core meaning and strengthening the consciousness of ideology and politics","practicing the standard of'four'and doing well in one′s own ideology and politics","giving full play to the advantages of the curriculum and digging into the elements of ideology and politics",and"combining with the characteristics of public security and responding to the requirements of the times",in order to explore the path of improving the capacity for ideological and political education in curriculum of teachers of professional courses in police colleges and universities.
