吉林省金融支持新能源汽车产业发展效率评价研究

摘　　要：金融在新能源汽车产业发展中扮演重要的作用,科学评价金融支持新能源汽车产业发展效率具有重要意义。基于2016—2022年吉林省14家新能源汽车产业相关上市公司数据,采用DEA方法,借助BCC模型和Malmquist指数模型对吉林省金融支持新能源汽车产业发展效率分别进行静态和动态评价。研究表明:吉林省金融资源对新能源汽车产业并未实现高效配置且金融支持整体效率呈下降态势,规模效率较低是导致综合技术效率低的主要因素,而金融支持整体效率下降主要是由于技术水平有待提升。对此,从政府和金融市场角度出发,提出政府加强对市场资金的引导,设立引导基金,金融机构推出创新型金融产品,实现精准金融服务等对策建议。Finance plays an important role in the development of new energy automobile industry.It is of great significance to scientifically evaluate the efficiency of finance supporting the development of new energy automobile industry.Based on the data of 14 new energy automobile industry-related listed companies in Jilin province from 2016 to 2022,DEA method is adopted,BCC model and Malmquist Index model are used to evaluate the development efficiency of financial support for new energy automobile industry in Jilin province.The results show that the financial resources in Jilin province have not been allocated efficiently to the new energy automobile industry and the overall efficiency of financial support is declining,the overall efficiency of financial support is mainly due to the technical level to be improved.From the angle of government and financial market,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as the government should strengthen the guidance of market funds,set up special guidance fund,financial institutions should launch innovative financial products and realize accurate financial services.
