吉林省农业现代化的金融支持研究——基于粮食安全的背景

摘　　要：2023年9月,习近平总书记在新时代推动东北全面振兴座谈会上强调,始终把保障国家粮食安全摆在首位,当好国家粮食稳产保供“压舱石”,是东北的首要担当。吉林省作为粮食产量第5位的粮食大省,实现农业现代化对粮食的稳产保供有着十分重要的意义,而农业现代化发展又取决于农村金融支持的力度。本文在粮食安全的背景下,综合农业信贷补贴论、农村金融市场论等理论,结合吉林省金融支持农业现代化实际情况,对农业现代化、农村金融的发展现状进行分析,总结其中存在的问题,运用灰色关联度分析模型,对吉林省农业现代化的金融支持进行实证分析,并根据结论对吉林省金融支持农业现代化发展提出建议。As the fi fth largest grain producing province in Jilin Province,achieving agricultural modernization is of great significance for ensuring stable grain production and supply,and the development of agricultural modernization depends on the strength of rural financial support.In the context of food security,this article combines theories such as agricultural credit subsidy theory and rural fi nancial market theory,combined with the actual situation of fi nancial support for agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,to analyze the development status of agricultural modernization and rural finance,summarize the existing problems,and use the grey correlation analysis model to empirically analyze the financial support for agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,And based on the conclusion,provide suggestions for fi nancial support for agricultural modernization development in Jilin Province.
