摘　　要：军队的非战斗减员包括疾病和非战斗损伤(DNBI)、非战斗损伤(NBI)和非战斗死亡(NBD)3种情况。本文回顾近二十多年来公开发表的英文文献,归纳了美英军队在现代战争中因DNBI、NBI和NBD造成的非战斗减员,总结了战争期间的疾病谱、损伤类型、损伤部位、损伤原因和死亡原因,提出了影响非战斗减员的各种因素,以期为国内有关工作者的未来工作和研究提供参考。The non-combat casualties of the military include disease and non-battle injuries(DNBI),nonbattle injuries(NBI)and non-battle deaths(NBD).This paper reviews the English literature published in the past 20 years to investigate the non-combat casualties of American and British troops resulting from the DNBI,NBI and NBD.It summarizes the disease spectrum,injury types,injury locations,and causes of damage and deaths during modern wars.Finally,various factors affecting the non-combat casualties are proposed.It is expected to provide some reference for the future work and research of relevant domestic workers.
