摘　　要：手外伤常导致指端软组织缺损,各种外科皮瓣常成为其修复的重要术式。指端软组织的修复与重建是伤指捏力恢复的基础。捏力的恢复是手功能重建的重要部分,影响人们精细活动与日常生活。但关于皮瓣修复术后对伤指捏力的影响,相关研究较少。本文总结并分析了皮瓣质地、皮瓣内触觉小体、吻合神经及皮瓣感觉、术后疼痛、心理因素等相关因素对皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损术后捏力的影响,旨在为术后伤指捏力恢复的临床研究与康复提供一定参考。A variety of surgical flaps are used in the repair of soft tissue defects of fingertips caused by hand trauma.The repair and reconstruction of fingertip soft tissues is the basis for the recovery of pinch strength of the injured fingers.Recovery of the pinch strength is an important part of reconstruction of the hand function,which affects peoples fine activities and daily life.However,there are few related studies.This paper summarizes and analyzes the influence of flap texture,tactile corpuscles within the flap,nerve anastomosis,flap sensation,postoperative pain,psychological factors,and other related factors on the pinch strength after the flap repair of finger soft tissue defects,hoping to provide some reference for the clinical research and rehabilitation of postoperative pinch strength recovery of the injured fingers.
