摘　　要：以华龙一号堆型蒸汽发生器管板为例,结合应对恶劣运行环境的要求,探讨超大厚饼类部件的制造难点及质量监督控制要点。通过前期制造工艺评定固化工艺、产品制造初期原材料质量控制以及制造阶段各关键工序的过程跟踪检查,确保按既定工艺制造出安全可靠、满足设计及核安全要求的部件。Taking the tubesheet parts of steam generators for Hualong,units as an example,studies are made on the manufacturing difficulties and quality supervision control points of super-thick cakeparts with the combination of the harsh operating environment requirements.By evaluating the solidification process in the early stage of manufacturing,controlling the quality of raw materials in the early stage of product manufacturing,and tracking the key processes in the manufacturing stage,safe and reliable parts are guaranteed consistent with the established manufacturing processes as well as design and nuclear safety requirements.
