摘 要:为探究CFRP和AA6061铝合金异质叠层板的自冲铆过程,设计了自冲铆试验,分析了不同厚度CFRP和不同厚度AA6061铝合金组合方式对铆接质量影响,并确定了最佳组合方式。基于损伤失效本构关系,建立CFRP和AA6061铝合金自冲铆接有限元模型,分析铆接过程中损伤与变形情况。结果表明:CFRP(2 mm)和AA6061铝合金(2 mm)组合方式自冲铆连接后表面成形质量最佳,该种组合异质板接头残余底厚为0.72 mm,互锁长度为0.36 mm,铆钉开口量为0.73 mm;自冲铆工作完成后,CFRP和AA6061铝合金接头残余应力主要分布在铆钉孔内外侧的CFRP区域内,钉脚尖与AA6061铝合金之间的最大挤压应力值为2910 MPa;铆接过程可分为压紧阶段、刺穿阶段和成形阶段,铆接力峰值载荷为19.6 kN。To investigate the self piercing riveting process of CFRP and AA6061 aluminum alloy heterojunction laminated plates,self piercing riveting tests are designed to analyze the influence of different thicknesses of CFRP and AA6061 aluminum alloy combination on riveting quality and optimum combination is obtained by that.Based on the damage failure model,a finite element model of CFRP and AA6061 self piercing riveting is established to analyze the damage and deformation during the riveting process.The results show that the combination of CFRP(2 mm)and AA6061(2 mm)has the best surface forming qualit after self piercing riveting connection.The joint residual bottom thickness is 0.72 mm,the inner lock length is 0.36 mm and the rivet opening is 0.73 mm.After the self piercing riveting work is completed,the residual stress of the CFRP and AA6061 aluminum alloy joint is mainly distributed in the CFRP area on the inside and outside of the rivet hole,and the maximum compressive stress value between the nail toe and AA6061 is 2910 MPa.The riveting process can be divided into pressing stage,piercing stage,and forming stage,with a peak load of 19.6 kN for riveting force.
