摘  要:地质雷达技术(GPR)可以对桥梁建筑工程的混凝土内部结构进行无损检测,并以三维立体效果展示。本文采用GPR技术对公路结构层、桥梁板在施工预制过程中容易出现的“灌浆不密实”“钢筋分布情况是否满足工程质量要求”等问题进行了现场检测和数据分析。试验结果表明,将GPR技术应用到桥梁建筑施工中能及时检测出桥面基础层中存在的质量问题,可直观呈现钢筋网的分布情况,发现灌浆的缺陷区域,便于技术人员监测施工质量,为工程建设项目保驾护航。GPR technology can be used to perform nondestructive testing on the concrete internal structure of bridge construction projects,and display it in 3D.So GPR technology is used in this paper to detect and analyze such problems as“grouting is not dense”and“whether the distribution of steel bars meets the requirements of engineering quality”.The testing results show that GPR technology can be used to detect in real time the quality problems existing in the base layer of roadway in bridge construction,it can visually display the distribution of steel mesh,and find the defects in the grouting process,and it is easier for technicians to monitor construction quality and providing robust support for the construction projects.
