摘　　要：文章结合高校仪器设备开放共享市场化运营的背景及现状,通过对共享经济下仪器设备市场化运营的多元主体与制约市场化运营的复杂因素的深入分析,从高效整合多元主体力量的角度出发,提出了以理念创新为引领,以技术创新为驱动,以治理创新为支撑,形成合理、完善的多元共治市场化运营体系的对策与建议。文章为高校仪器设备开放共享提供了一种新的思路和实践方法,对于促进高校仪器设备优化配置,提高资源利用效率,服务社会经济发展、实现国家科技自立自强具有重要意义。With the market-oriented operation of open and shared instruments and equipment in universities,this study clarifies the diverse entities of market-oriented operation of instruments and equipment under the shar-ing economy,and studies the complex factors that restrict market-oriented operation.From the perspective of ef-ficiently integrating diverse entities,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to form a reas-onable and comprehensive multi-dimensional common governance market-oriented operation system led by con-ceptual innovation,technological innovation and governance innovation.The research provides a new way of thinking and practice for the open sharing of instruments and equipment in universities.It is of great significance for promoting the optimal configuration of instruments and equipment in universities,improving resource utiliza-tion efficiency,serving social and economic development,and achieving national technological self-reliance and self-reliance.
