摘　　要：【目的】测定火龙果半致死温度及探讨冻害预防措施,为火龙果的引种、抗寒栽培和抗寒育种提供理论依据。【方法】以‘大红1号’‘富贵红’火龙果为试材,设置7℃、4℃、1℃、-2℃、-5℃共5个温度梯度进行低温处理,测定火龙果成年树老熟枝条在处理前后的电导率,推算其半致死温度(LT_(50)),并加以统计分析。【结果】-2℃和-5℃持续15 h处理会使2个火龙果品种的成年树老熟枝条致死,大红1号、富贵红火龙果成年树老熟枝条半致死温度分别为-2.28℃、-2.13℃。【结论】大红1号和富贵红火龙果成年树老熟枝条均不耐冻;在冷空气到来前,生产上需采取控水防冻、喷淋洗霜、覆盖防冻、熏烟防冻、喷植物防冻液等火龙果冻害预防措施。[Objective] Determination of half lethal temperature and prevention measures against freezing damage of pitaya in order to provide theoretical basis for the introduction,cold resistance cultivation,and breeding of pitaya.[Method]Using pitaya‘Dahong No.1'and‘Fuguihong'as the test material,five temperatures including 7℃,4℃,1℃,-2℃and-5℃wereset for low temperaturetreatment.Electric conductivity of old branchesin maturepitayatrees with treatment and no treatment were measured,half lethal temperature(LTso)was calculated and statistical analysis were conducted.[Result]The results indicated that,-2℃ and-5℃ for 15 hours would causethedeath of oldbranches of mature trees of pitaya‘Dahong No.1'and“Fuguihong”.The half lethal temperature of mature trees of‘Dahong No.1'and“Fuguihong”were-2.28℃ and-2.13℃,respectively.[Conclusion]Old branches of maturetreesof pitaya‘Dahong No.1'and‘Fuguihong'were not resistant to freezing.The prevention measures against freezing damage should be taken including water control,spray for defrosting,mulching,smoking,spraying plant antifreeze,etc.
