数字经济赋能绿色低碳发展的二阶链式多重效应研究

摘　　要：推动数字经济和绿色低碳发展深度融合是驱动高质量发展的重要抓手。基于2011-2020年我国省际面板数据,运用基准回归模型和链式多重中介效应模型,将数字经济、科技创新、产业结构升级和绿色低碳发展置于同一研究框架内,实证研究数字经济赋能绿色低碳发展的二阶链式多重效应。研究结果显示:数字经济对绿色低碳发展具有直接促进作用;科技创新和产业结构升级在数字经济对绿色低碳发展的作用中存在间接效应。其中,产业结构高级化发挥部分中介效应,科技创新和产业结构合理化存在遮掩效应,同时还存在“科技创新→产业结构升级”的链式传导机制。建议采取有力措施大力发展数字经济,引导科技创新和产业结构升级为绿色低碳发展服务,推动数字要素跨区域流动,从而加速推进绿色低碳发展。Promoting the deep integration of digital economy and green and low-carbon development is an important way to drive high-quality development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses benchmark regression and chain multiple mediating effect models to empirically study the second-order chain multiple effects of digital economy on green and low-carbon development by putting digital economy,scientific and technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading,and green and low-carbon development into a unified research framework.The results show that digital economy has a direct promoting effect on green and low-carbon development,while scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading have indirect effects on the role of digital economy in green and low-carbon development.Among them,industrial structure upgrading has a partial mediating effect,and scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure rationalization have a masking effect.At the same time,there is a chain transmission mechanism from scientific and technological innovation to industrial structure upgrading.It is suggested to take effective measures to vigorously develop the digital economy,promote and guide scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading to serve green and low-carbon development,and promote the interregional flow of digital elements,thereby accelerating green and low-carbon development.
