摘 要:[目的]比较了5个甘蔗新品系的光合生理特性,以期为高光效甘蔗亲本或种质的筛选和栽培提供理论依据。[方法]选择云蔗02588、云蔗14658、云蔗14599、云蔗17613和云蔗17637为参试新品系。采用手持便携式SPAD-502 Plus叶绿素仪、PAM-2500便携式荧光仪测定参试品系叶片的叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、叶绿素荧光参数、单产及蔗糖产量。通过相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数法和灰色关联度分析对参试品系进行综合评价。[结果]5个品系的SPAD值和叶绿素荧光参数均存在显著或极显著差异。相关分析表明,初始荧光(F_(0))与最大荧光(F_(m))、潜在光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(0))与最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))呈极显著正相关;PSⅡ光能捕获效率(ΦPSⅡ)分别与光合量子产量[Y(Ⅱ)]和光化学淬灭系数(qP)呈极显著正相关,与非光化学淬灭系数(qN)呈显著负相关。主成分分析表明,前3个主成分累计贡献率达91.078%,代表了绝大部分数据的信息;灰色关联度分析表明,F_(m)、F_(0)、Y(Ⅱ)与单产的关联度最高,F_(0)、qN、Y(Ⅱ)与11月理论蔗糖产量关联度最高,ΦPSⅡ值和SPAD值与单产、11月理论蔗糖产量的关联度最低。[结论]在参试的5个甘蔗新品系中,云蔗17637和云蔗14599的光合生理综合评价优于其他3个品系,具有高产潜力,可作为优质的高光效亲本或种质。[Purpose]The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of 5 new sugarcane lines were studied to provide theoretical basis for the screening and cultivation of sugarcane germplasm with high light efficiency.[Method]Five sugarcane lines(Yunzhe 02588,Yunzhe 14658,Yunzhe 14599,Yunzhe 17613 and Yunzhe 17637)were determined on yield per unit and sucrose yield,as well as chlorophyll content(SPAD value)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves by handheld portable SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and PAM-2500 portable fluorescence meter,based on which correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function method and grey relational degree analysis were performed to comprehensively evaluate the 5 lines.[Result]There were significant or extremely significant differences in SPAD value and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters among the 5 lines.Correlation analysis showed that the initial fluorescence(F_(0))was significantly positively correlated with the maximum fluorescence(F_(m)),and the potential photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(0))was significantly positively correlated with the maximum photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m)).The light capture efficiency of PSⅡ(ΦPSⅡ)was significantly positively correlated with photosynthetic quantum yield Y(Ⅱ)and photochemical quenching coefficient(q P),but negatively correlated with non-photochemical quenching coefficient(q N).Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 3 principal components reached 91.078%,which represented the most information of the total data.Grey relational degree analysis showed that F_(m),F_(0) and Y(Ⅱ)had the highest correlations with yield per unit,and F_(0),q N and Y(Ⅱ)had the highest correlations with the theoretical sugar yield in November,while ΦPSⅡ and SPAD value had the lowest correlation with them.[Conclusion]Among the 5 sugarcane lines,Yunzhe 17637 and Yunzhe 14599 had higher comprehensive evaluation scores on photosynthetic physiological characteristics,and thus can be used as
