摘  要:本试验选用建兰‘高山春色’的新老成苗做为母苗,分别在人工气候室和种植大棚进行栽培对比试验。经过2个月的培养,结果表明,在主要气候因子中,人工气候室的昼夜温差和高光照量有利于‘高山春色’的叶芽生长,其新老成苗的叶芽增殖和叶片营养含量明显优于种植大棚。人工气候室栽培的新老成苗新长叶芽数倍率分别是种植大棚的2.1倍与4.4倍。叶绿素含量相对值与氮含量方面,用Duncan法进行显著性分析比较,得出人工气候室培养显著(P<0.05)高于大棚。因此,本次试验为建兰在人工气候室内高效栽培技术提供了新的方向,为后续高价值建兰的高效栽培提供技术支持。This experiment selected the new and old seedlings of Cymbidium ensifolium"Gaoshanchunse’as the mother seedlings,and the comparative cultivation experiments were conducted in the phytotron and the greenhouse respectively.After cultivation of two months,the results showed that the temperature difference between day and night and the high light intensity in the phytotron were conducive to the growth of leaf buds of Gaoshanchunse'among the main climatic indicators,and the leaf bud proliferation and leaf nutrient content were significantly better than those in the greenhouse.The multiplication rate of new leaf buds cultivated in the phytotron were 2.1 times and 4.4 times of that in the greenhouse respectively.In terms of relative value of chlorophyll content and nitrogen content,Duncan method was used for significance analysis and comparison,and it was found that the phytotron cultivation was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of the greenhouse.Therefore,this experiment provided a new direction for the research of efficient cultivation technology of Cymbidium ensifolium in the phytotron,and provides technical support for the highly efficient cultivation of high-value Cymbidium ensifolium.
