摘  要:文章对某品牌不同型号的金属粉末烧结型漏孔进行试验,得到各个漏孔在不同气源压力下的漏率值,并对实验结果进行分析。基于三种函数模型对数据进行拟合,并对漏孔漏率与气源压力的关系和不同型号漏孔模型参数之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,对于该品牌的金属粉末烧结型标准漏孔,幂函数模型更适合用来表示通道型标准漏孔漏率和气源压力之间的关系,且可以使用其参数来作为不同漏孔型号的特征参数,用于预测不同型号漏孔在给定气源压力下的漏率。该研究可对通道型标准漏孔校准工作起到一定的指导作用。This paper gives tests on sintered metal powder leaks of different types of a certain brand,and obtains the leak rate of each leak under different air source pressures.Then the paper analyzes the experimental results and fits the data based on three functional models,which studies the relationship between leak rate and air source pressure,as well as the relationship among model parameters of different types of leaks.The results indicate that the power function model is suitable for representing the relationship between channel reference leak rate and air source pressure for the sintered metal powder reference leak of this brand,whose parameters can be used as characteristic parameters for different leak types to predict the leak rate of different leaks under a given air source pressure.The research can provide some guidance for the calibration of channel reference leaks.
