摘　　要：基于三坐标测量机设计了轴承沟道的测量方法,同时对测量过程中可能影响结果的测量不确定度进行了分析。将该方法测量结果与圆度仪测量得到的结果进行En值比对,结果表明,本测量方法满足且适用于轮毂轴承尺寸参数的技术要求。A measurement method for bearing channels was designed based on coordinate measuring machine(CMM),the measurement uncertainty may affect the results during the measurement process was analyzed.Comparing the measurement results of this method with the results obtained by the roundness measuring instrument,the En value shows that this measurement method meets and is suitable for the technical requirements of wheel hub bearing size parameters.
