摘 要:为提高齿轮传动的可靠性,分析齿轮潜在的失效模式以避免或减少齿轮在使用中的失效故障.利用故障树分析法分析机械传动齿轮失效的主要形式,建立齿轮失效故障树.从齿轮设计、制造、用料和使用维护等方面进行讨论,建立齿轮失效原因分析鱼骨图.以煤矿机械齿轮为例,利用失效模式及影响分析法,对煤矿机械齿轮失效模式涉及的故障严酷度、发生概率和故障检测率进行分析,建立煤矿机械齿轮的失效模式及影响分析报告,并根据失效模式提出保障措施,为提高煤矿机械齿轮的可靠性提供理论依据.To improve the reliability of gear transmission,the potential failure modes of gear were analyzed to avoid or reduce the occurrence of gear failure.The main forms of mechanical transmission gear failure was analyzed by using the fault tree analysis method and to establish a gear failure fault tree.The failure reasons of gear were then the fishbone diagram for gear failure analysis was established through discussing from gear design,gear manufacturing,gear material and gear maintenance,et al.Taking coal mine machinery gears as an example,the failure severity,occurrence probability and detection rate of coal mine drive gear were analyzed using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)method.A failure mode and impact analysis report for coal mine mechanical gears is established,and a safeguard measures based on the failure mode is proposed,which is helpful to improve the reliability of drive gears in coal mines.
