摘 要:制动系统是汽车安全行车中非常重要的组成部分,确保驾驶员能够安全控制汽车在行驶中的减速和停车。盘式制动器是汽车制动系统中常见的一种类型,其工作特点是高速、高温和振动影响。盘式制动器工作中的高温、振动对其工作性能有较大的影响,直接影响着制动器的安全性。文章通过对盘式制动器关键件进行有限元仿真分析,得到了关键件的前6阶固有频率和振型,以此准确掌握其振动特性,并对摩擦衬垫结构进行相应的设计和分析,研究结果为盘式制动器关键件的设计提供一定的理论参考依据。The braking system is a very important part of the safe driving of the car,ensuring that the driver can safely control the deceleration and parking of the car.Disc brake is a common type of automotive brake system,its operating characteristics are high speed,high temperature and vibration.The high temperature and vibration of disc brake have great influence on its working performance and directly affect the safety of disc brake.In this paper,through finite element simulation analysis of key parts of disc brake,the first 6 natural frequencies and vibration modes of key parts are obtained,so as to accurately grasp their vibration characteristics,and the corresponding design and analysis of the friction liner structure are carried out.The research results provide a certain theoretical reference for the design of key parts of disc brake.
