浅析纯电动汽车样车试制过程

摘　　要：针对目前纯电动汽车市场的蓬勃发展,再结合激烈竞争的国内外市场,各大车企对于纯电动汽车在样车试制环节过程中投入的成本比例逐渐增大。文章通过对样车试制过程中的试制总装工艺流程、样车试制项目管理、样车试制风险管控等三个方面进行初步研究,阐述整车试制环节过程中关于样车试制的基本概念,旨在为试制质量管控及车辆性能监测提供可行性参考建议。In view of the vigorous development of China's current battery electric vehicle market,combined with the fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets,the cost proportion of major car companies for battery electric vehicles in the process of sample trial production is gradually increasing.In this paper,the basic concepts of vehicle trial production in the whole process of vehicle trial production are expounded through preliminary research on the process of assembly process,project management of vehicle trial production,and risk control of vehicle trial production,aiming to provide feasible reference suggestions for quality control of trial production and vehicle performance monitoring.
