摘 要:针对云南某低品位氧化铜矿资源,采用了硫酸浸出这种投资少、见效快、污染少的处理工艺进行了实验,重点研究了浸出剂浓度、矿物粒度、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度和搅拌强度对铜浸出率的影响。通过实验研究发现该低品位氧化铜矿适合硫酸浸出处理,并得到了最佳工艺参数,即浸出剂浓度220 g/kg、矿物粒度40目、液固比3∶1、浸出4 h、浸出温度60℃、搅拌强度500 r/min。在最佳酸浸工艺参数条件下进行验证,该氧化矿的浸出率达到84%,浸出液中铜离子质量浓度达6.9 g/L,浸出渣中铜品位降至0.26%左右,基本已实现矿物中铜元素的有效回收。该实验结果使得以往未能有效开发利用的低品位铜资源可以实现逐步开发,有效拓展了铜矿资源范围,具备一定的经济效益和社会效益,为类似矿物处理和低品位铜矿资源的利用提供了参考依据。Aiming at a low-grade oxidized copper ore resource in Yunnan province,this paper adopts the treatment process of sulfuric acid leaching with low investment,fast effectiveness and low pollution,and focuses on the influence of leaching agent concentration,mineral particle size,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature and stirring intensity on copper leaching rate.Through the experimental research,it was found that the low-grade oxidized copper ore is suitable for sulfuric acid leaching treatment.The optimum parameters are obtained,namely,concentration of leaching agent is 220 g/kg,the mineral size is 40 mesh,the liquid-solid ratio is 3∶1,leaching for 4 h,the leaching temperature is 60℃,and the stirring intensity is 500 r/min.Under the conditions of the best acid leaching parameters,the leaching rate of the oxidized ore reaches 84%,the concentration of copper ion in the leaching solution reaches 6.9 g/L,and the grade of copper in the leaching residue is reduced to about 0.26%.The experimental results make the low-grade copper resources that have not been effectively developed and utilized in the past can be gradually developed,effectively expand the scope of copper resources,and have certain economic and social benefits,providing a reference for similar mineral treatment and utilization of low-grade copper resources.
