摘 要:随着科技的快速发展和煤矿生产规模的不断扩大,机电设备的应用范围将越来越广,应用环境将越来越复杂,故障类型将越来越多,机电管理工作对先进技术的依赖性也将越来越强。为提升煤矿机电设备管理水平,实现煤矿安全高效生产,从机电设备管理理念、管理制度、管理技术手段、专业技术人才等方面深入分析了当前煤矿机电设备管理工作中存在的问题和面临的困难,并结合云南煤炭行业发展实际,针对转变管理理念、完善管理机制、创新管理模式、加强人才队伍建设等方面提出了应对措施,介绍了eMES机电管理系统、PO Easergy A5电源负载自动控制系统等当前应用比较成熟的一些新技术,以期对我省相关煤矿企业机电设备管理及人才培养提供一些参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of technology and the continuous expansion of coal mine production scale,the application range of electromechanical equipment will become wider,the application environment will become more complex,and more and more types of faults will occur.The dependence of electromechanical management work on advanced technology will also become stronger.In order to improve the management level of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines and achieve safe and efficient production in coal mines,this article deeply analyzes the problems and difficulties in the current management of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines from the perspectives of management concepts,management systems,management technical means,and professional technical talents.Based on the actual development of the coal industry in Yunnan,this article aims to propose measures to transform management concepts,improve management mechanisms,innovate management models and strengthen the construction of talent team,and introduce eMES mechanical and electrical management system and PO Easergy A5 power load automatic control system.The aim is to provide some reference for the management of mechanical and electrical equipment and talent cultivation of relevant coal mining enterprises in our province.
