摘　　要：CRISPR/Cas9技术是一种能够对基因组进行特异性操作的基因编辑技术,在医学领域展现了巨大的价值,引领着疾病治疗进入新时代。本文对CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术在确定致病突变、构建疾病模型及治疗疾病中的应用进行了综述,为基因工程相关内容的教学提供参考信息。The CRISPR/Cas9 technology is a gene editing technique that allows for specific operations on genomes,has shown great value in the field of medicine,and is leading disease treatment to enter a new era.In this paper,an overview is made for the application of the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology in identifying pathogenic mutations,constructing disease models and treating diseases,which provides reference information for teaching genetic engineering related contents.
